Double servo motors are used to control the film pulling mechanism, and the positioning accuracy reaches 0.2mm. Compared with the traditional stepping motor, the bag length error during high-speed operation is reduced by 80%, effectively preventing the pattern from deviating, and saving about 5% of the packaging material loss for the factory every year.

The vertical seal and the horizontal seal adopt independent PID temperature control module, and the temperature fluctuation is controlled within ± 1 ℃. This technology ensures that BOPP, PE or multilayer composite film can achieve 100% airtight sealing at different thicknesses to avoid air leakage and moisture.

The contact material part of the machine is completely made of 304 stainless steel, and the core components meet the IP65 protection level. Install the packaging roll film on the rear release shaft, ensuring that the center of the roll is aligned with the center of the former. According to the schematic diagram of film penetration on the side of the machine, the film is passed through the tension rod, the position of the coding machine, the detection area of the photo eye, and finally introduced into the former. The correct wear film can prevent the film running deviation. [6]

Enter the HMI main interface after power on, and input the target bag length (e. g. 150mm) and production speed (e. g. 60 bags/min). If it is a product that has been produced, directly click “Formula Reading” to select the corresponding preset number (1-50), and the machine will automatically load the corresponding temperature, photo-eye sensitivity and other parameters.

Move the photo sensor to align with the eye mark on the edge of the film. Do the “jog” test in manual mode and observe the signal feedback on the screen. Adjust the sensitivity knob to ensure that the sensor can clearly distinguish the color difference between the color code area and the background area, so as to ensure the accurate position of the cutting bag.

Turn on the temperature control switch and preheat for 5-10 minutes to the set temperature (such as horizontal seal 140 ℃ and vertical seal 130 ℃). First, run the empty bag to check whether the sealing lines are clear and the air tightness is good. If the sealing is not firm, the temperature shall be gradually increased by 5 ℃; if there is hot wrinkle, the temperature shall be appropriately reduced or the sealing pressure shall be increased.
