The film rolling system is driven by an independent servo motor, and the positioning error of the optical eye tracking is strictly controlled within 0.5mm. Compared with the traditional stepping motor, it not only ensures the accurate alignment of the printing pattern and the tray, but also reduces the waste rate of the film leftover material to less than 3%, thus greatly saving the cost of consumables.

Built-in high-power vacuum pump and high-precision gas mixer can quickly reduce the residual oxygen content in the package to below 0.5% and accurately fill it with nitrogen or carbon dioxide mixed gas. After testing, this technology can extend the shelf life of cold meat and cooked food products by 3 to 5 times compared with ordinary plastic wrap packaging.

The quick-release mold structure specially developed for multi-specification production lines, combined with ergonomic design, can be operated without special tools. The whole frame and food contact parts are made of thickened SUS304 food grade stainless steel, and the protection grade reaches IP65 standard.
