Using independent three-axis servo motor control, the synchronous accuracy of feeding, film feeding and cutting process can reach 0.1mm. Compared with the traditional frequency conversion motor, it can not only reduce the mechanical transmission wear by 30%, but also realize “one-key switching” when changing the packaging length, without manually adjusting the mechanical cam, and shorten the change time to less than 5 minutes.
Equipped with a high-sensitivity photo-eye sensor, it can detect the material position in real time. When it is detected that there is no product in the feeding gap, the machine will automatically stop film feeding and sealing to avoid empty bags. When the product position deviation is detected, the cutter will automatically stop rotating to prevent the material from being cut, which not only saves 15% of the cost of packaging materials, but also effectively protects the cutter assembly and prolongs the service life.
The vertical seal and horizontal seal adopt independent PID temperature control system, and the temperature control accuracy is maintained within ± 1 ℃. This enables the machine to perfectly adapt to various packaging materials of different materials such as composite film, PE film, aluminum foil film, etc., to ensure that the sealing is still flat and air-tight under high-speed operation, effectively prevent air leakage and false sealing, and ensure the shelf life of the product.
