Wrapping Machines
The wrapping machine is mainly used for the external packaging of products, especially products that are large or require overall protection.
Stretch film wrapping machine: This is the main force in the logistics industry. What I see most is that it tightly wraps piles of boxes or pallets with stretch film to prevent them from being scattered during transportation.
Heat shrink packaging machine: by heating the shrink film close to the product, forming a tight package. For example, some beverage combination packaging, instant noodles whole box packaging, and some gift packaging will also be used.
Winding machine: similar to stretch film wrapping machine, but usually used for winding protection of larger goods or special-shaped products.

Vacuum packaging machine: It is particularly common in the food industry to extend the shelf life of food by vacuuming. Like meat products, cooked food, seafood, etc. are inseparable from it.

Operation And Maintenance Of Packaging Machine
Effective operating practices:
Proper setup and calibration is the first and most important step. Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of packaging depends to a large extent on the initial settings. It is recommended that every time you change the product or adjust the specifications, you must carefully check the parameters.
Secondly, operator training must not be saved. No matter how intelligent the machine is, it will eventually be operated by people. A well-trained operator can not only make the machine run more smoothly, but also find and solve small problems in the first time. Regular skills upgrading training is necessary. Reducing one operational error may avoid a downtime loss.
As for troubleshooting common problems and solutions, there are too many contents in this area. I ‘d like to point out a few that you often encounter. Regular maintenance and maintenance plan:

Cleaning, lubrication, tightening, at the end of each shift, or weekly or monthly, there should be clear cleaning standards and procedures. Especially those parts that are easy to accumulate ash and material must be cleaned up. Lubrication is also critical.
