The hardware packaging machine body is sturdy and durable, in line with CE export standards, the main structure of high-strength materials, contact with the material part of the selection of 304 stainless steel, with international brand electrical components, to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term high-load operation. Yes, with high compatibility. If the size of the hardware is not very different, it can usually be adapted by adjusting the track width of the same vibration plate. If the size or shape varies greatly (for example, from M3 nut to M10 long bolt), we recommend configuring multiple dedicated vibration plates, or using a more versatile belt conveyor system with manual feeding. Through the PLC touch screen, you can easily switch the saved packaging parameters of different products.
We use a dual safeguard mechanism. First of all, a high-sensitivity optical fiber counter is installed at the outlet of each vibrating plate to ensure accurate counting of individual materials. Secondly, we strongly recommend the optional back-end online checkweigher. The system will preset the standard total weight. Once the weight of the finished package exceeds the allowable tolerance range (indicating multiple or few pieces), the system will automatically reject the package and not enter the qualified product box.
