As for how to match the back end, if you make high-quality self-supporting bags, it will be integrated into the bag packaging machine; If you run high-speed pillow bags, go to the continuous vertical charter machine (VFFS).

Texture With Teflon Coating

Even with the anti-stick surface, fudge still likes to hug. At this time, the excellent weighing system depends on the vibration control skills on the feeding plate. We need to calibrate the vibration frequency to disperse the fudge before it enters the weighing hopper.

In addition, the angle of the chute should be steep enough. Gravity is our best ally when packaging sticky products; the steep angle ensures that the weighed fudge slides into the packaging machine without hesitation, so as to maintain the circulation speed of the entire line.

Precision And Cost Control

In addition to mobility, another advantage of the 14-head configuration is the powerful combinatorial algorithm. Our goal is to control the accuracy to ± 0.5g. This precision is essential for strict control of “product giveaways.” In mass production, sending 1 gram more per bag is a huge invisible loss in a year.
