Independent servo motors are used to control the belt feeding, belt withdrawal and bonding actions respectively. Compared with the traditional single motor design, the mechanical wear is reduced by 60%, and the starting response time is shortened to 0.2 seconds, ensuring that the stable binding speed of more than 60 lanes per minute is still maintained under high load operation.

The built-in photoelectric sensor monitors the tape feeding path in real time. Once it is detected that the tape is empty or not tightly bound, the equipment will automatically remove the tape and re-feed the tape. The whole process does not require manual intervention, thus reducing the downtime of the production line caused by the tape by more than 90%.

Abandoning the traditional heating plate and adopting the low-voltage instant-heating alloy ironing head, the heating time can reach the working temperature in only 15 seconds, and the temperature control accuracy is kept within plus or minus 2 degrees, so as to ensure that the adhesive point of PP tape can reach the tensile strength of more than 85% at different ambient temperatures.

Open the door of the right belt reel warehouse, load the PP belt roll into the belt reel and fix and lock it. Feed the tape head into the tape inlet, press and hold the green tape feed button, the machine will automatically sense and transport the tape to the tape storage box until it is fully loaded, at which time the indicator light on the panel will turn to the ready state.

According to the degree of soft and hard packaging, through the control panel on the knob to adjust the tightening force, it is recommended that the carton set at about 30kg. At the same time, check the temperature setting of the ironing head. Generally, PP tape is recommended to be set at 4th or 5th gear to ensure that the bonding point is transparent and there is no wire drawing.

At the end of the daily work, always use an air spray gun to clean the inside of the bow and the vicinity of the ironing head from chips and dust. Regularly check whether there is residual molten plastic on the surface of the hot head.
