In view of the extremely sensitive characteristics of PLA (polylactic acid) and PBAT films to temperature (the temperature difference exceeds 2 ℃ may lead to seal rupture or knife sticking), this machine adopts an independent double-loop PID temperature control module to strictly control the sealing temperature fluctuation within 1 ℃ to ensure that the sealing is still flat and firm under high-speed operation.

It is equipped with 3 independent Mitsubishi servo motors to control film feeding, conveying and cutting respectively. Align the color code photoelectric eye with the black color block on the film, and click “Photoelectric Calibration” on the touch screen to ensure that the machine can accurately identify the cutting position.

Select the corresponding product formula in the main interface, and the system will automatically load the preset bag length, temperature and speed. According to the room temperature difference in the day, fine-tune the longitudinal and transverse sealing temperatures (usually PLA film is set between 110°C and 130°C).

Can this machine use ordinary BOPP plastic film?
Totally. Although this equipment is optimized for difficult biodegradable films, it also has excellent compatibility with common BOPP, OPP/CPP, PET/PE and other composite films. You can flexibly switch environmental protection film and ordinary film according to order requirements on the same machine.
Biodegradable film is easily subject to heat shrinkage, how can the machine avoid sealing wrinkle?
Materials such as PLA are indeed sensitive to temperature. We use a special Teflon coating knife seal and “low temperature and high pressure” sealing technology, with PID temperature control, can be completed at a lower temperature instant heat, to avoid the film shrinkage caused by high temperature wrinkling phenomenon.
How long does it take to replace products of different sizes? Do you need to replace parts?
If the change of the product width is within the adjustable range of the former (usually with an adjustment margin of 20-30mm), only the handwheel adjustment is required, which takes about 2 minutes. If the product size varies greatly (e. g. from a packaged toothbrush to a packaged towel), the dedicated bag former needs to be replaced, and the skilled worker operation takes about 10-15 minutes.
What are the wearing parts of the machine? What is the warranty policy?
The main wearing parts are heating tubes, solid state relays and cutting blades. The general service life of the cutting blade is 3-6 months (depending on the film material). The whole machine provides 12 months warranty service, and the core components such as servo motor and PLC controller provide 24 months warranty.
Does this machine need to be connected to compressed air?
The standard configuration of the model is purely mechanical cam servo drive, no external air source, plug-in can be used. If you choose an “inflator” (filling the bag with nitrogen to keep it fresh) or a “coding machine”, you need to access a 0.6MPa compressed air source.
For products with pallets, can this machine pack?
You can. As long as the pallet is regular and has a certain hardness, it can be packaged by the push rod conveyor belt. For lighter or irregular pallets, we recommend the optional “belt support film” device to ensure that the product will not shift when entering the former.
