This Eco Friendly Packaging Machine is specially designed for processing heat-sensitive biodegradable films such as PLA and PBAT. In view of the extremely sensitive characteristics of PLA (polylactic acid) and PBAT films to temperature (the temperature difference exceeds 2 ℃ may lead to seal rupture or knife sticking), this machine adopts an independent double-loop PID temperature control module to strictly control the sealing temperature fluctuation within 1 ℃ to ensure that the sealing is still flat and firm under high-speed operation.

It is equipped with 3 independent Mitsubishi servo motors to control film feeding, conveying and cutting respectively. Compared with the traditional frequency conversion motor, the system can accurately synchronize the film feed speed, eliminate the excessive stretching of the film caused by mechanical traction, and effectively prevent the brittle biodegradable film from breaking during the packaging process.

Built-in high-sensitivity photo eye detection system, when the product is not detected on the conveyor belt, the machine automatically stops the film feeding and sealing and cutting action. This 1 function can reduce the waste of expensive environmental protection film by about 3% in continuous production every day, and avoid the generation of empty packaging waste products that need to be manually rejected.

The universal adjustable bag forming machine is adopted, and the packaging width and height can be quickly adjusted by handwheel without changing the mold. From packaging small-size hardware to large-size daily chemical products, the line change adjustment time is only 10 minutes, which greatly improves the flexible manufacturing capacity of multi-SKU production lines.

All conveyor plates, push rods and side plates in contact with the product are made of food grade 304 stainless steel, in line with GMP and HACCP health standards. The open body structure is designed to facilitate daily cleaning and disinfection, prevent bacterial growth, and is especially suitable for clean packaging needs of food and medical supplies.

The 7-inch color touch screen operating system supports the storage of up to 100 sets of product parameter recipes. Users can preset parameters such as membrane length, speed, cut-point position of different products, and only need one-click call when replacing products, without the need to re-perform complex mechanical debugging, thus greatly reducing the dependence on operator skills.

The roll of biodegradable film was mounted on a cantilever shaft and passed through the film guide roll and former according to the schematic. Align the color code photoelectric eye with the black color block on the film, and click “Photoelectric Calibration” on the touch screen to ensure that the machine can accurately identify the cutting position.

Select the corresponding product formula in the main interface, and the system will automatically load the preset bag length, temperature and speed. According to the room temperature difference in the day, fine-tune the longitudinal and transverse sealing temperatures (usually PLA film is set between 110°C and 130°C).

Start the machine to run at low speed, and check whether the seal of the empty bag from the former is smooth and the cutting position is accurate. After confirming that it is correct, turn on the “feed” switch, put a product into the test package, and check the packaging tightness and sealing strength.

After confirming that the first piece is qualified, start the full-speed automatic operation mode. After the end of production, the copper brush must be used to clean the residual melt colloid on the surface of the cross seal knife under the shutdown state, so as to prevent the hardening after cooling from affecting the next day’s production, and turn off the power supply and gas source.
