The weight error of a single package is controlled within ± 0.5g, which can save about 5kg of material loss per ton of raw material produced compared with traditional measuring cup measurement.
Intelligent PLC control and man-machine interface to shorten the production time
Built-in 7-inch color touch screen supports the storage of 99 sets of product parameters. Operators can change the packaging specifications with just one key switch, without manual debugging, and the replacement time is shortened from 30 minutes to 5 minutes.
Servo pull film system to ensure perfect bag type
Double servo motors are used to control the film pulling mechanism, and the positioning accuracy reaches ± 1mm. Effectively prevent the roll film from deviating, ensure that the packaging pattern of each 1 bag of dry food is centered and the incision is smooth, and the waste film rate is reduced to less than 1%.
PID independent temperature control technology to prevent food moisture
Independent PID temperature control system is adopted for transverse seal and longitudinal seal, and the temperature difference fluctuation is controlled within ± 1 ℃. For composite film, PE film and other different materials, to ensure high sealing strength and good air tightness, to prevent moisture in dry food, to extend the shelf life.

All parts in contact with the material are made of food grade 304 stainless steel, corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
