Start the “color mark tracking” mode on the touch screen, manually move the photo eye to align with the color mark on the film, and adjust the sensitivity knob until the indicator light flashes clearly to ensure accurate bag cutting position.

Click “Parameter Setting” on the main interface of HMI touch screen, and input the length, packing speed and sealing temperature of current biscuit. It is recommended to use the “jog” mode to test the 3 cycle during the initial operation. After confirming that the bag length matches the physical size of the biscuit, it is saved as a special formula.

According to the actual width of the biscuit, rotate the handwheel on the side of the feeding conveyor to adjust the distance between the guide rails on both sides. The standard gap should be about 1 to 2mm wider than the sum of the width of the biscuits to ensure that the biscuits can enter the former smoothly and will not roll over during transportation.

Observe the sealing lines at the beginning of the machine operation. If the sealing is not clear or cut continuously, use an Allen wrench to fine-tune the pressure screw of the end sealing tool seat. Turn clockwise to increase the pressure, and pay attention to the adjustment range of no more than 15 degrees each time, so as not to damage the blade due to excessive pressure.
