Servo-driven piston pump metering method is used to accurately control liquids of different viscosities, and the filling error is strictly controlled within 1%, which effectively reduces raw material waste and saves a lot of costs for enterprises every year.

The whole machine and material contact parts are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, in line with GMP international health standards, corrosion resistance and easy to clean, to ensure the health and safety of food, medicine and daily chemical products.

Equipped with 7-inch color touch screen and imported PLC control system, supports multi-language operation interface, can store 10 sets of parameter formulas, only one key switch when replacing products, shortening the debugging time to less than 10 minutes.

Cross seal and vertical seal with independent PID temperature control system, temperature control accuracy of 1 degrees Celsius, to ensure that the sealing lines clear, strong air tightness, effectively prevent the liquid in the transport process of leakage or broken bag phenomenon.

The specially designed anti-drip and back-suction function filling head completely solves the problem of wire drawing and dripping during filling of high-viscosity liquid, ensures that the bag mouth seal is clean and pollution-free, and improves the qualified rate of finished products to more than 99%.

The equipment has strong compatibility, and the filling volume can be adjusted within the range of 10 ml to 1000 ml without replacing the core components, and supports a variety of bag types such as back seal, three-side seal, and four-side seal to meet diversified market needs.

Install the composite packaging film roll on the film release shaft, pass the film through the coding machine, tension roller and former in turn according to the film passing schematic diagram, and adjust the position of the photo eye to align with the color code.

Turn on the power, set the required bag length, filling volume and packaging speed on the touch screen, turn on the temperature control switch and set the horizontal and vertical sealing temperatures, and wait for about 5 to 10 minutes until the temperature reaches the set value.

Pour the liquid material into the hopper, first turn on the “manual filling” to test whether the discharge is smooth and the weight is accurate, then turn on the “automatic operation” mode, the equipment will automatically carry out bag making and filling.

During the production process, the quality and weight of the sealing shall be sampled regularly. After the production is finished, the remaining materials in the hopper shall be emptied first, and clean water shall be injected to run the cleaning mode. Finally, the power supply shall be turned off and the attachments on the surface of the hot sealing knife shall be cleaned.
